We are able to capture indexing information via an automatic OCR capture process within set parameters. Group OCR / Indexing can be used or we can also use a database to import key information to use at the filename / index stage of our process. This process reduces the time taken, as the information is already available with no need to manually type it. The last method involves manual entry by experienced personnel. This method does take longer but we will use this process in situations where we are not convinced information can be recorded automatically . We can produce indexed information in a number of formats for clients; the most popular being a CSV file although we have created complete databases in the past where required.
